Leveraging METiS TechBio’s proprietary AI-driven nano-delivery platform NanoForge and WestVac Biopharma’s vaccine R&D and industrialization platform, the two parties will accelerate the AI-driven development of next-generation personalized mRNA cancer vaccines and advance related technological innovation and clinical translation.

Under the agreement, the two parties will combine NanoForge’s end-to-end Biological AI capabilities with WestVac Biopharma’s vaccine R&D and industrialization platform to jointly explore AI-enabled applications in personalized antigen screening, design and delivery, accelerating innovation and clinical translation of next-generation personalized mRNA cancer vaccines. METiS TechBio will contribute core technological capabilities under the NanoForge platform, including AiLNP and AiRNA, while WestVac Biopharma will contribute its industrialization expertise in antigen design, vaccine manufacturing processes and clinical development.
